 Oregon law prohibits us from giving legal advice. 

 There are several resources for persons needing the help of an attorney or just general legal information.  The Oregon State Bar Association can refer you to an attorney in your area that has agreed to charge no more than $35 for an hour consultation.  Use this link for the Oregon State Bar’s Attorney Referral Service. 

 The Oregon State Bar Association also has a program designed to help low income clients find attorneys willing to work for reduced fees.  The attorneys handle landlord/tenant matters, family law, and criminal defense.  Use this link for more information on the Modest Means program.

 The Oregon State Bar Association’s Legal-Links website gives general information on several legal topics including landlord-tenant laws, small claims, family law, and many others.

 Legal Aid has a site with free legal information.  Use this link for Oregon Law Help.  The Albany Regional Office of Legal Aid Services of Oregon serves the Linn and Benton County areas.  For more information on their program, click here.

 We cannot provide you with legal forms.  Forms can be purchased from the Stevens-Ness Company online or from one of their authorized dealers.  Dealers in the Linn County area are the Book Bin and King Office Equipment, both in Albany.  Some forms are available through the Oregon State Courts.  Use the drop-down box to choose the category of form you need.
