Abandoned Vehicle Tows From Private Property |

| The Linn County Sheriff's Office does not tow abandoned vehicles which have been abandoned on private property. Title 10 of the Oregon Revised Statutes Civil Code outlines the procedure by which a person can tow an abandoned vehicle from their property.
