Our Family
Linn County Sheriff's Office Team members
are part of a family of over 200 employees. Teamwork, respect
for family, and high individual work ethic are values embraced
and upheld by Linn County Sheriff's Team members. Each of
the seven divisions of the Linn County Sheriff's Office
work closely together to accomplish the mission we share.

The sense of the larger family at
the Linn County Sheriff's Office can be seen during off-duty
activities as well as in the workplace. Sheriff's Team members
and their families regularly spend time together, both at work
related functions (such as the Office's holiday dinner, and
the Award's Ceremony and dessert) and off-duty, non-work related
functions. This family-oriented, work-ethic focus creates a
work environment that is not only fun, but productive and rewarding.
The proof of this is perhaps not better illustrated than by
the extremely low rate of attrition. |
