I do solemnly swear, that I will support the Linn County Sheriff's Office and the Linn County Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue Post.

I will obey all lawful orders given to me by anyone appointed or elected over me. I will obey all Local, State, and Federal laws and the rules and regulations of the Search and Rescue Post.

I recognize my position as a symbol of public faith, and I accept it as a public trust. I will be honest in thought and deed in both my personal and official life. I will constantly strive to achieve these objectives and ideals, dedicating myself to God, that I will faithfully discharge the duties on which I am about to enter.
