One of the responsibilities of the Sheriff`s Office that is mandated by Oregon Law is the responsibility for maintaining a county jail.
The Corrections Division is responsible for providing a safe and secure jail facility which operates professionally, respectfully and efficiently. The Linn County Sheriff`s Office Jail houses in-custody pre-trial and sentenced offenders.
