Summary:  The Linn County Sheriff’s Office is currently accepting proposals from qualified contractors with which to establish a long-term, cost effective agreement for high quality, reputable maintenance and repairs for Sheriff’s Office vehicles, such as cars, vans, SUVs, trucks and patrol-rated vehicles (SUVs and trucks).

The County is anticipating the schedule of work to begin in September, 2020 and complete by approximately March, 2020. The County reserves the right to deviate from this schedule.

It is the practice of the Linn County Sheriff’s Office to timestamp documents when they are received. For the purposes of this RFP, the timestamp apparent on the submitted documents will be deemed conclusive evidence of the date and time the LCSO received such documents. Proposers are solely responsible for delivery of Proposals.
