Sheriff Michelle Duncan and her staff know the value of supporting the people and communities in Linn County. In fact, without the support of community members working along side law enforcement staff, our county would not be the best place on earth to live, work, and play.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office has a dedicated Community Service Specialist to support communities and provide positive program opportunities for community members to interact with the Sheriff`s Office.
The Community Service Specialist is your connection to requests of the Sheriff and Sheriff’s Office staff. Want a guest speaker for your community group? Want to ride along with a patrol deputy and see the challenges they face while patrolling the roads of Linn County? Want a community safety presentation? Have questions about the crime prevention and volunteer programs we offer? These requests and more can be made through Community Service Specialist.
Contact the Community Service Specialist Michael Mattingly by phone at 541-917-9182 or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office relies heavily on the hard work of citizens who volunteer their time and energy to help us fulfill our mission.
