Linn County Undersheriff Jim Yon reports that on July 5, 2016, Detectives arrested Timothy Allen Tate, 22-year-old from Lebanon, for Rape I and Sex Abuse I. Two juvenile females reported that Mr. Tate sexually abused them. Both victims had known Mr. Tate prior to the incidents and had gone to his residence in Lebanon. The two females reported the assaults occurred at different times.
Mr. Tate was charged with Rape 1, Sodomy 1, Unlawful Delivery of Marijuana, Sex Abuse 1 and Attempted Rape 1. He is being held at the Linn County Jail with a bail of $180.000.
