Linn County Undersheriff Jim Yon reports his deputies are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash on Old Salem Road near Kathryn Avenue, Millersburg. The crash was reported to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office 9-1-1 Center at 11:11 a.m.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation and the name of the deceased is not being released until next of kin has been notified. Old Salem Road is expected to be shut down for several hours. Undersheriff Yon asks that people find an alternate route to travel around the area.
