Linn County Sheriff Michelle Duncan reports that on March 8, 2022, her detectives arrested Brian Crousser, 54, of Albany, for one count of Sex Abuse in the First Degree and one count of Sexual Penetration in the First Degree. The case began as a referral from the Department of Human Services on January 26, 2022. A nine-year-old female, who was known to Crousser, disclosed to investigators that she had been sexually abused by him in 2021.
