Suspect in Multiple Robberies Arrested

Linn County Sheriff Michelle Duncan reports late last night, May 6, 2023 at 11:22 p.m., deputies responded to a robbery at Loves Truck Stop in Millersburg, Oregon.  A witness described a male enter the store wielding a hammer and demanding money from the clerks.  Customers and employees attempted to stop the robbery and a struggle ensued with the suspect fleeing the location.

While deputies searched the area for the suspect vehicle, the Albany Police Department took the report of an additionalrobbery at the Motel 6 on Pacific Blvd in Albany.  The description of the suspect and vehicle were the same as the Loves Truck Stop robbery.  Linn County Deputies, Albany Police and Oregon State Police continued to search the area when the vehicle was spotted by officers driving on Santiam Hwy in Albany.  Officers conducted a traffic stop, and the driver, Tyler Stephen Michael Partlow, 30 years old of Salem, was taken into custody without incident.

Partlow was lodged in the Linn County Jail on charges of Robbery II and two counts of Physical Harassment related to the Loves Truck Stop incident.  Partlow also had a felony Parole Violation warrant for Burglary.  Linn County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Albany Police Department, Oregon State Police and Corvallis Police Department.
