Senior Deputy Craig Lyman was awarded the Distinguished Service Award at the Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) statewide law enforcement recognition luncheon. Craig was recognized for his years of dedication to DUII investigations and as a Drug Recognition Expert. MADD National President Helen Witty also attended this Oregon event.
